All items sold by DigiFunFiles are digital assets. Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your files. No physical product will be shipped. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have the necessary software and knowledge to use these file formats.

2. Watermarking & Theft Protection

To protect our original and AI-assisted designs from unauthorized distribution and theft:

• Display Images: All preview images and thumbnails on our website are protected by a visible watermark.
• Purchased Files: Upon successful payment and download, the files you receive will be high-resolution and completely free of any watermarks.
• If you download a file and the watermark is still visible, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

3. AI-Generated Content & Copyright

Some designs offered by DigiFunFiles are created using Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Artistic Nature: AI-generated images may contain unique artifacts or "glitches" that are part of the digital aesthetic.
• No Warranty: DigiFunFiles makes no representations or warranties regarding the copyrightability of AI-generated components under current or future intellectual property laws.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

• Replacement: If you receive a file that is corrupted or technically defective, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a functional replacement of the same design.
• Store Credit: If a technical issue cannot be resolved, DigiFunFiles may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit for the original purchase price. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.

5. Printing & Color Accuracy

DigiFunFiles is not responsible for the quality of your final printed product.

• Color Variance: Colors may appear differently on your screen than they do in print due to monitor calibration, printer settings, and ink types.
• Technical Support: We do not provide technical support for your home printer or third-party printing services.

6. Strict Personal Use License

Your purchase from DigiFunFiles grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Personal Use Only.

• Prohibited: You may not sell, share, or redistribute the digital files. You may not use these designs on "Print on Demand" sites or for any commercial, promotional, or business purposes.
• Commercial Licensing: Commercial licenses are not available at this time. All designs are strictly for private, non-commercial enjoyment.
